Terms
of Sale:
1. Due to heavy demand and the
unique nature of this liquidation sale, Dilmaghani cannot provide
full service sales or answer detailed questions by phone. All sizes
may not be available in all designs. Some pieces may have been showroom
samples (on display arms), but are in good condition.
2. Quantities Limited. All Goods subject to prior sale.
Quantities on the linked pages show the available inventory as of
commencement of this sale. Quantities will not necessarily be updated
on a regular basis.

Goods Available by order only. Allow approx four weeks (+/-)
for order processing, shipment and delivery. Goods NOT AVAILABLE
for pickup at Dilmaghani's store or warehouse. Please understand
we do not have goods on display and cannot accomodate special requests
to pickup goods.
4. Shipping / Insurance charges to customer's destination are
additional and based on cost. Shipment via UPS or common carrier
as Dilmaghani deems suitable.
5. 15% handling fee applied to total cost of each order
(excluding any applicable sales taxes) to cover cost of our original
freight, order processing and outbound packing.
6.
Applicable Sales Tax charged on all NY, NJ and CT sales.
7. MasterCard and VISA accepted.
8. ALL SALES FINAL. . Any available Warranty must be obtained
through manufacturer.
